An inexpensive and healthy treat for your skin.
Dry Skin Brushing
Using a dry skin brush is a low cost, super-easy activity we can do to promote healthy skin.
Skin brushing on dry skin is not only wonderful for your health but it also feels great!
The Health Benefits Include:
- Toxin Excretion: Most toxins in our body are excreted through our skin and dry brushing is an effective way to help release those trapped toxins;
- Exfoliation: Dry body brushing assists in shedding dead skin and encourages new skin renewal making skin brighter and smoother;
- Cellulite Reduction: Increases circulation, therefore, encourages the elimination of metabolic waste;
- Stimulates the Lymphatic System: The lymphatic system is part of the circulatory system and an important part of the immune system. This system carries a clear fluid called lymph towards the heart. The lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump (like the heart does) so dry brushing is a way to stimulate this system.
Fun Tip
The exfoliating benefit is wonderful for pre-leg shaving to keep your razor free from extra skin particles.
