This point is on the top of the foot in the vally/webbing betwen the big toe and the second toe on both feet.
Apply firm, deep pressure and massage for 3 to 4 seconds.

Located at the base of the skull, one and a half inches below the base of the skull and one and a half an inch away from the spine on both sides.

Both sides of your head, you can find slight indentations or depressions in your temple area. About an inch and a half away from your eyebrows.
