- Find the point on your shoulder muscle.
- Either apply pressure or pinch the muscle with your thumb and middle finger.
- Massage the point for four to five seconds.
- Release the pinch as you massage the point.
- Repeat on the other side
Breastbone Point
In the depression on the breastbone (sternum), three thumb widths up from the base of the bone you will find a small indentation.
This is the point and is said to relieve nervousness, anxiety, and chest tension.
Breathe deep as you apply a gentle pressure to this point.
Foot Point
This point is on the top of the foot in the valley/webbing between the big toe and the second toe on both feet.
These points are good for feelings of agitation and are a nice before-bed point as they are also good for headaches, insomnia, and lowering blood pressure.
Apply firm, deep pressure and massage for 3 to 4 seconds.
Wrist Point
Located on your wrist two thumb widths (or 3 fingers) from the crease of the inner wrist, you will find this point in the center.
This point is said to be good for panic attacks and nervousness.
Measure to the point and apply measure as breathing in and out.
